DON’T forget to purchase popsicle sticks unless you have a popsicle mold with built in popsicle sticks.
DO try different flavors of ice cream as well, even chocolate is delicious with root beer!
DON’T forget these take freeze time in between the two layers. Allow for that time.

Root Beer Float Popsicle Recipe
Root Beer Float Popsicles

Ingredients
- 24 ounces root beer
- 14 ounces vanilla ice cream melted but cold
Instructions
- In popsicle molds, fill the bottoms with vanilla ice cream. Freeze for 2-4 hours.
- In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of root beer (could be more or less, depending on popsicle mold size) with 1/2 cup melted vanilla ice cream. Once combined pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 3-4 hours.
- To remove from popsicle molds, submerge molds in water careful not to reach the top and gently slide popsicles out of molds. Enjoy!
