Sharing is caring!

A super simple, two ingredient strawberry fudge recipe that requires only TWO ingredients! Smooth and delicious!

You really cannot find an easier recipe for a smooth, creamy and decadent strawberry fudge. With only two ingredients you can always keep on hand, you can whip this up anytime you want and change up your flavor any time. Sprinkles are optional!

Two Ingredient Strawberry Fudge

It has always seemed so unbelievable that you can eat anything that is made from only two or three ingredients and have it actually taste good. But you totally can!

Is it better than taking the long steps to get to an original? Not necessarily better, just good and different. When you want something quick and easy this is the recipe.

Here’s a list of delicious additions you can sprinkle on top of your fudge, building on what you already have:

Classic Toppings:

  • Crushed Nuts: A timeless favorite! Chopped walnuts, pecans, almonds, or peanuts add a delightful textural contrast and a nutty flavor boost.
  • Powdered Sugar: For a simple yet elegant touch, dust the top of your fudge with powdered sugar. It adds a touch of sweetness and a beautiful frosted appearance.

Sweet & Textured Toppings:

  • Sprinkles: Fun and festive, sprinkles come in a variety of colors and shapes, adding a playful touch to your fudge.
  • Coarse Sugar: The chunky crystals of coarse sugar provide a satisfying crunch and a touch of sweetness that complements the smooth fudge.
  • Crushed Dried Fruit: For a unique and flavorful twist, consider chopped dried cranberries, cherries, or apricots. These add bursts of tartness and chewy bits to the fudge.

Chocolate Lovers’ Delights:

  • Chocolate Shavings: Dark, milk, or white chocolate shavings add a beautiful presentation and an extra layer of chocolatey goodness.
  • Chocolate Chips: Sprinkle on semi-sweet, milk chocolate, or even peanut butter chocolate chips for added texture and melty pockets of chocolate flavor.
  • Cocoa Nibs: For a sophisticated touch, add a sprinkle of cocoa nibs. These offer an intense chocolate flavor with a delightful crunch.

Fruity & Savory Options (for the adventurous):

  • Flaky Sea Salt: A sprinkle of flaky sea salt adds a surprising contrast to the sweetness of the fudge, creating a delightful sweet and salty flavor profile.
  • Candied Ginger: For a unique twist, finely chopped candied ginger adds a sweet and spicy kick that complements the chocolate beautifully.

Remember: Don’t be afraid to experiment and create your own flavor combinations! With so many options to choose from, you can customize your fudge toppings to suit your taste preferences.

A Plate of Two Ingredient Strawberry Fudge

We made this Easy Strawberry Fudge with only two ingredients, and it is SO good! We have so many two and three recipes to try and each time we do, we are pleasantly surprised with the results.

Now, you can add nuts to the top, powdered sugar, sprinkles or whatever you want, which then makes it a three ingredient recipe, but who’s counting?

Also, we chose Strawberry Frosting to do this, but you could do this same recipe with ANY flavor of frosting you wanted. Chocolate, Cherry, Vanilla, etc. I think that’s why I love it so much, because it can be changed up for anything.
