These Chocolate Almond Cranberry Clusters are the perfect cluster to gift or go great on a cookie/candy platter.
Plus they are ridiculously easy and only require 3 ingredients. Yes, I said three.
How much easier can you get than that?
Tips for making these chocolate clusters:
- They are easiest done in the microwave, but can totally be made on the stovetop. Read your packaging to see how to melt the chocolate for your cooking method.
- You can add or remove ingredients to suit your liking. Use white almond bark instead of chocolate almond bark. Omit the dried cranberries and use dried strawberries or dried blueberries. Add other ingredients. Whatever makes you happy!
- You can make these any size you want, but making them bite size makes the pobbable and allows you to make more of them!
- With the nuts, you can use whatever nut you’d like. We used Sliced Almonds for this recipe, but you can use whole almonds or even chopped almonds.

We usually use a cute gift box or a fancy jar with a tag, but you can also use a cookie tin or even a plastic bag with a cute bow.
You’ve got Christmas covered for your neighbor or co-worker, it’s as easy as that. (or whoever you want to give these treats to!)

Chocolate Almond Cranberry Clusters
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the chocolate almond bark on high for 2 minutes. Remove and stir the mixture.
- Return the mixture to the microwave and continue heating for about 30 seconds at a time, stirring between each time period until the mixture is melted and creamy.
- Remove the bowl from the microwave and add the sliced almonds and dried cranberries. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Using a mini ice cream scoop or a tablespoon to scoop out the mixture and pour out onto the parchment lined pan. I actually allowed the mixture to sit for about 2 minutes before scooping to keep the chocolate together better.
- If your chocolate spreads a little though, that's ok. Repeat with the remaining chocolate/almond/cranberry mixture.
- Allow your Chocolate Almond Cranberry Clusters to cool completely before moving. It is best to allow them to sit in the freezer for about 5 minutes, or the refrigerator for about 8.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature or simply place container in fridge to keep fresh longer.
